A Walk Near My Home This one and takes in the River Avon from Newbridge to Keynsham then following the River Chew towards Newton st Loe and on to Corston Brook .
A much noisier walk than the Wiltshire hills but an interesting one ,with boats and Boat yards dating back to 1881 with some nice views across Farmland and river. The new town center of Keynsham taking is shape with the buildings dominating the sky line from the Park. The  River Chew  gets much quieter then the award for the muddiest footpath this year was found ! Mud reached the top of my boot !! following on to Corston Brook and Newton Park Fishing Lake ,Then  through small wooded area and Back to church then Rest !

Wildlife
Buzzard,Canada geese,Mute,Chiffchaff,Grey Heron, lots of birds in pairs and plenty of blue and great tits about.
also white Emu !!!
